Interim Project Manager

Business Challenge

A large media organisation required an interim technical project manager to take over the running of a number of high profile software and web projects while a project manager was found to fill the role on a permanent basis.

The role was made more complex by the fact that the projects being delivered had a number of problems and were significantly behind schedule.

It was essential that the Interim Project was highly qualified and experienced and could hit the ground running.

The role require practical, hands-on skills and expertise to identify and resolve problems and deliver the projects.
